Nashville interior designer Julie Couch is passionate about creating curated and collected homes; artful, sophisticated spaces that draw you in, offering a bit of drama and a little whimsy.  Founded in 2005, Julie Couch Interiors is a boutique design firm focusing on new construction, renovation, and full interior design projects. Julie thrives on working with homeowners, start to finish to create the home her clients truly desire, adding personality, value, and luxurious comfort to each lovely residence.  

Selected by Traditional Home magazine’s staff as a Rising Star of Design in 2015, Couch was honored to be one of ten designers across the United States chosen. Her growing design business, popular personal art and not for profit art gallery are based in one of Nashville’s hottest neighborhoods, 12 South. Recently, Couch was selected as a finalist for ADAC 2022 Southeastern Designer of the Year. JCI projects have been featured in numerous national and regional publications including Traditional Home, Country Living, Southern Home, The Cottage Journal and more.

Julie has also been honored to share her design know-how on TV shows created by HGTV, DIY, and The Design Network as well as her own concept, short format series, Welcome Y’all which debuted last year.

Julie has been married to Mark for 16 years, and they have two precious children, Gus, age 10 and Marlowe, age 5. The Couch family lives just south of Nashville in Brentwood, Tennessee.
